-

Yes, RUNN8 driver's can use multiple vehicles, as long as they each have proper credentials and insurance. A driver's profile must always be up to date with the current vehicle being used to drive for RUNN8.
-
As a driver, how will I know when I work?
-
Drivers choose which hours and days they're available, and are scheduled accordingly.
-
How does a driver know who to pick up?
-
Each driver receives a print-out client list, with the address and identification of each athlete. A predetermined route to each destination is included. Once the RUNN8 mobile app is complete, the app will contain all the same information as the print-out. The print-out will become a backup copy, in case of emergency, such as a lost, stolen, damaged, or dead cellular device.
-
To whom do I deliver the athletes, and how do I identify them?
-
On the printed list or app, all information pertaining to those in charge of signing off for kids will be provided. If the person meant to sign is absent, the child/children can help to identify an adult representative from the team/organization, in order to mark them as received/dropped off (There will be more than 1 representative on your list per team/ organization).
-
What do I do in the event I have a flat, run out of gas, or other car related issues?
-
In the event of a minor car issue that can cause the athletes to be late to their destination (home or practice): Assess the situation, and if this issue can't be fixed by the driver within 10 minutes or less, you will contact our RUNN8 dispatch. We will then send a relief driver to pick up and sign off on the kids. We will then update the status of the kids to their parents (If necessary, coaches as well). Then call CAA or a tow truck.
The children must never be left unattended.
-
What happens if there's an accident involving a RUNN8 vehicle during a shift?
-
If the driver isn't hurt:
- Check the status of all athletes in the car.
- Contact the proper authorities (especially in the case of serious injury).
- Contact RUNN8 dispatch.
- Get to a safe area away from the accident.
- Document all accounts.
The children must never be left unattended.
